Our Story
Specialty Care Learning Center is a childcare facility that puts education and early child care first — for every child, whether there is a special need or not. Located at 701 Cobbs Creek Parkway in Philadelphia, we welcome up to 75 children across 8 different learning environments: infants, young toddlers, older toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, kindergarten, and school-age. We also offer before- and after-school care, with a summer camp when school is out.
We will never exclude any child. Our program is all-inclusive regardless of a child's needs or disabilities. We are a Pennsylvania Keystone Stars facility, and our staff are degree holders with real experience in early childhood education.
For families with special needs students, we offer in-house evaluation resources and walk parents through the process — because we cater to children in all aspects of their early learning experience.
